About Us & How to Contact Us

We are a family-run cleaning business (you can also meet our team). We have served homes and businesses across West Yorkshire since 2009. We cover Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax.

To book or cancel a clean, please call or email us. We may not see messages sent by other channels, such as social media. Please use the phone or email so your message reaches us. You can also read more about us or check the areas we cover.

Our Services

We clean for both homes and businesses. Our services include:

  • Window cleaning (external and internal)
  • Conservatory cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Fascia and soffit cleaning
  • Driveway and patio cleaning
  • Jet washing and pressure washing
  • Solar panel cleaning & more exterior cleaning

For windows, we use two methods: traditional ladder cleaning and a pure-water fed-pole system. We pick the best method for your property. You can book a one-off clean or a regular maintenance plan. See how we work for more on our methods.

Quotations & Bookings

We give free, no-obligation quotes. Most quotes take about five minutes by phone. We agree the price with you before we start any work. A quote stays valid for 7 days unless we tell you otherwise.

New customers get 10% off their first clean. This offer applies to the first visit only. It cannot be used with any other offer. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote by phone, by email, or by letting us carry out the first clean.

Fees & Payment

You pay after the job is done. We tell you the full price before we begin. We accept cash and card.

Payment is due once the clean is complete. If payment is not made, we may pause your service until your account is settled.

Frequency & Scheduling

You can choose a one-off clean or a regular plan. For regular plans, you pick how often we visit.

We give you a guide week for each visit, not a fixed day or time. Weather, holidays and staff levels can move the date. We will always do our best to keep to your schedule.

Rescheduling

If you need to move a booking, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This lets us offer your slot to someone else. Changes made with less notice may lead to a charge for the missed visit.

Access to Your Property

Please make sure we can reach your windows safely. This means unlocking gates, clearing parking, and giving access to water or power if we need it.

If we cannot get access on the day, we may clean the areas we can reach and charge for those. We may also charge for a wasted visit if we cannot work at all.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with a clean, please tell us within 48 hours. We will come back and put it right at no extra cost.

To make a complaint, call or email us with your address and the date of the clean. We aim to reply quickly and sort out any issue fast.

Limitations & What to Expect

Pure water gives a clear, streak-free finish. But it cannot remove every mark. It will not shift builders' residue, paint, stickers or hard-water staining.

Dirt on the inside of the glass, or inside a failed (blown) double-glazed unit, is not something we can fix from outside. On a first clean, you may see slight spotting as old dirt washes out of the frames. This usually clears after a clean or two.

Liability & Insurance

We hold £5 million public liability insurance. We can show proof of cover on request.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Please tell us about any loose, fragile or damaged windows, frames or fittings before we start. This helps us keep your property safe.

Health & Safety

Your safety and ours come first. Our team is trained to work at height and holds PASMA certification. All our cleaners are DBS-checked, wear a uniform, and arrive in signed vans. We carry out risk assessments for commercial sites. Learn more about why clients choose us for safe, reliable services.

Your Responsibilities

To help us give you the best clean, please:

  • Give us correct details about your property.
  • Provide safe, clear access on the day.
  • Secure pets indoors.
  • Close windows and vents before we arrive.
  • Tell us about any hazards or fragile areas.

Data Protection & Privacy

We keep your details safe and private. We do not share them with other companies. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Events Outside Our Control

Sometimes things happen that we cannot control. This includes severe weather, equipment failure, or other events beyond our reach. We are not liable for delays or missed visits caused by these events. We will rebook your clean as soon as we can.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your clean is the one that applies. Please check this page now and then.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Conduct & Zero-Tolerance

We treat every customer with respect, and we ask for the same for our team. We will not accept abuse or threats toward our staff. We may end our service to anyone who behaves this way.
